What our team says
RapDev is an absolutely amazing place to work. I can’t really see myself going anywhere else. What really sticks out for me is this engineering first focus and developing these cool solutions that no one has really dived into before.
Based off the work we do, we’re able to dive deeper into technologies that we wouldn’t otherwise be exposed to. The culture here at RapDev is unparalleled. At the end of the day, it’s the culture and the team that makes it all work. It is a very clear and transparent organization and I’m just really glad to be part of the team.

What I value about working at RapDev is the culture built around transparency, trust and ownership.
Everyone in our team feels empowered to make decisions and solve challenging problems, even if that is not directly in their area of influence. Ever since I joined, I had the opportunity to work with exceptionally talented and supportive people, who always have each other’s backs and are always willing to share their knowledge.
Ana Baciu | Project Management

RapDev's culture is collaborative and fun and makes work feel like just the opposite. The company strives to maintain a strong work culture juxtaposed with a fun and welcoming environment.
Whether you are on site in Boston or a remote worker, the aim is to feel the same inclusivity. The company engages in interesting tech work and is customer-centric at its core.
Alta Abel | Operations
I've had a consistently positive experience at RapDev. The company culture is one of collaboration, integrity, and trust, and the leadership team is always approachable and leads by example.
I feel valued and supported in my role and am constantly challenged and guided to grow in my career. Work/life balance is also emphasized, which is essential to me. Overall, I am very happy to be a part of the team and would recommend it to anyone looking to be challenged and work alongside some kick-ass people.
